Here is an excerpt from this episode:

"...the more that you accept that you don't know so much, the more that you actually will know. And there's actually a quote that comes from Star Trek, which is, knowing that you don't know is the first step to wisdom. It's come up so many times in different situations, like if somebody's stuck in a problem, or I'm doing a healing session, and there comes an, 'I don't know,' I see that as a really good sign. I see that as you've come to the point where you recognize that you don't know. And that means that you're willing to see something else you're willing to take a leap of faith into, into knowing something that you hadn't known before. Because sometimes we get in this comfort zone of what we know and we feel so confident in, in that we know so much. It almost takes a vulnerability to admit that we don't know to the ego it can be really scary to think that you don't know it's uncomfortable. "
