Hi! I’m Paulette.

I am currently based in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru and have been for the last 8 years. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., am half-Filipina, and have been to over 60 countries so far.

My formal education includes a BA in Psychology from Emory University and an MA in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University. While my work has included education, media, and entrepreneurship, I’ve always been drawn to spiritual exploration and practices. Life led me on a path to include learning, sharing, and teaching a number of healing modalities.

In these ever-changing times, my mission is to help people to ground deeply within themselves and the wisdom we have within no matter what seems to be happening around us. I believe we all have the capacity to see things differently and to deepen our connection with God/Spirit/Creator/Universal Energy/any term you choose to use that makes you feel whole and one.
