Morning Meditation

This is a ten-minute guided morning meditation to start your day present and clear.


Transcript of meditation: "Morning meditation. So as you're laying in bed, allow yourself to start breathing and nice, deep, slow breaths. Feeling the oxygen being carried through the air, into your lungs, down the bloodstream to every little cell of your body. So we're gonna allow ourselves to breathe nice and slowly. And with each breath, you feel more and more present. And you can do this meditation, laying down in bed if you want, or you can do it sitting up, whatever you're ready for in this moment.

Now, take a minute just to move a little bit in any way that you feel. If you need to stretch or wiggle your fingers and your toes, I just need to roll your neck a little bit. Whenever you need to release tension from whatever position you were sleeping in. And to allow your body to rest in a nice and neutral position.

We're going to begin with visualization. So we'll start with a physical body. anywhere that you feel tension, anywhere that you feel this is on your physical body, your muscles, your bones, tendons, skin, anywhere at all. Allow yourself to witness where you're holding that tension where you're feeling it and we can release it, we can allow all of that tension to leave the body. We can make note of where we've been holding tension for the night. Or we've been holding it subconsciously. But we can also let it go. And also on the emotional and mental level where we might be holding tension related to the physical body or not. Any areas that we're holding on to that tension, we can also let that go easily. We can let go of this tension for today. And we can allow ourselves to experience the day and meet it anew.

Anywhere on the energetic or auric field where there's tension, any stuck energy we can let that go. We can let that go and allow it to be replaced with a feeling of positive energy. So filled with love and joy, ease and grace that fills our energetic field also permeates our emotions and our thoughts and our physical body. So we are so full of this radiant energy There's no room for any of the old energy. So any of the old stories, any of our dreams, any of the experiences from before, we can let that go for today.

And now, we're ready to start visualizing your day. So allowing yourself to feel relaxed and present. And imagining that you can carry this energy, this presence and this focus throughout the day. Then you can imagine seeing several times in your day where you come back to this feeling of ease, where everything flows easily, and continuing to take some nice, deep breaths. And we're gonna imagine that you're fully present in your body in your energetic and auric field, where you feel the space so fully, and you feel so centered, and so aligned, that you can visualize, doing all the things you need to in your day, coming from this place of center, fully embodied, fully powerful and present.

And if there are any points in your coming day, where you're already anticipating it's going to be challenging or difficult, are going to now embody the feeling of coming from this place of center, alignment, fully in your being in your power. But also fluid and flexible, where you can interact with all the different energies from a place of knowing exactly who you are. And that you can get through anything with the ease.

And now visualize yourself at the end of your day. Where you're looking back on your day, and feeling proud, feeling satisfied, feeling like you did everything that you needed to do, and you did it exactly how you wanted to do it. And any imperfections, you understand that it's actually exactly perfect as it needed to be that your day has been perfect. And that you can rest well, knowing that you have done exactly what you need to do. That you are exactly who you need to be. And with that, come back to the present you hear in this space and time. And we'll take another few deep breaths. And this time with each breath. You feel that you're being energized that you're being in live and that you're filled with all the energy that you need for this day. May you have an amazing day. Thank you so much."
